Silver Stonks’s refund, return and exchange policy is limited to five (5) business days from the date you receive the item. You must notify Silver Stonks’s Customer Service Department via e-mail within five (5) business days from the date you receive the item and follow the instructions provided to you at that time.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return shipping and handling costs, including insuring your return shipment.
Silver Stonks may reject any returned or exchanged item that does not conform to these terms. Shipments returned to us will not be held for more than 3 days. In the case of a request for an exchange, Silver Stonks expressly reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable. Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to Silver Stonks’s Market Loss Policy. All market gains on refunds, returns, and exchanges shall belong solely to Silver Stonks.
